The 420 Experience: What is CannaMassage?

As a longtime cannabis connoisseur and licensed medical massage therapist, I have always been amazed at the results of using THC & CBD enhanced massage products in my practice.

That’s why I was overjoyed when medicinal cannabis was legalized in Oklahoma by the voters. Now I can offer CannaMassage to my clients who have chronic pain, inflammatory conditions, or who just want to deeply relax tight muscles.

CannaMassage is offered in many states where cannabis is legal at salons and spas that specialize in cannabis massage. I have adopted CannaMassage into my own niche’ of FBSM sessions for the ultimate in sensual bliss. I call it “the 420 Experience.”

You can add CannaMassage to any sensual massage package on my menu for only $25.

I am trained to use CBD and THC infused topical massage products (oils, lotions, creams, or gels) in my massage practice for pain treatment.

For my clients who wish to have a “420 Experience,” I design a customized massage treatment session that targets problem areas and treats the body holistically. 

Cannabis has amazing anti-inflammatory properties and relaxes your muscles deeply. (Don’t worry, a cannabis massage won’t get you high and you won’t fail a drug test!) You will feel relief of muscular pain, completely relaxed, and sleep like a baby after a session. 

CANNAMASSAGE: HELPFUL TIPS FOR A RELAXING SENSUAL “420 EXPERIENCE”

Sometimes clients will kindly offer to bring some 420 along for us to share before the session begins, or as a “tip” to thank me for a pleasant session. I welcome 420 gifts and tips!

Here are a few pointers to keep in mind if you’d like to bring cannabis products to your session:

Do bring bud or edibles in sealed containers. I don’t know what a pre-rolled joint or edible could be laced with, so for my safety I will not accept a pre-roll, flower, or edible unless it is factory-sealed and labeled from the dispensary. I will want to be able to read the label and know the strain, producer & dispensary name, and potency before consuming any cannabis product.

If you are an Oklahoma Medical Marijuana patient, feel free to bring along your CBD/THC massage product of choice and ask me to use it for your massage session.

I recommend bringing your own cannabis-infused massage lotion/oil to the session. I do not sell these products at my studio, or keep them in stock. THC massage products can only be purchased from a licensed dispensary.

If you’re unsure which cannabis-infused product to buy, ask me in advance for some recommendations. I can help guide you to the cannabis massage product that is right for you.

I am quite fond of the “Smokies” brand, which is locally sourced in Oklahoma City and very good quality. As an example, I like the Cooling Massage Gel which contains 1000 MG of THC and 1000 MG of CBD. It has a nice minty scent, has a roll-on applicator, and is very potent. A little goes a long way. I typically will combine it with some organic coconut oil during the application to reduce waste of the product and achieve better full-body coverage.

If you’re a cannabis smoker and would like to relax and enjoy a joint or pipe before your massage, I do allow indoor cannabis smoking at my incall in the lounge area (separate from the massage room).

I have a high quality air filtration and ventilation system here so the room doesn’t get smoky or smell like marijuana and filters/cleans the air between sessions.

For those who would like some hangout time and a smoke session with me, be sure to select the “Chat n’ Chill” add-on option from my menu. This gives us an extra hour of time to kick back, relax, and have a smoke before the CannaMassage begins. session. (See my SERVICES page for pricing) 

Having a smoke or an edible beforehand doubles your relaxation, so if you choose to consume some medical cannabis prior to the massage, please do so responsibly. You’ll be so relaxed and sleepy after a CannaMassage session that you should take extra care driving home. (I recommend an Uber so you can get home safely instead of driving!)
